iPhone 11. Scanner is useless. If it does do a scan results are “...can’t find a product...”

This app has become useless! Every scan produces; “Sorry! We looked everywhere and couldn’t find the product info you were looking for.” Even I scan the barcode on a candy bar!! Absolutely not as gods as it once was. I’m searching for it’s replacement! Disappointing

In this day & age you cannot walk around without this app on your phone. So easy to use, just open app & scan.

Used to be a great app. Last few times I’ve needed it..it finds nothing.. tried with cellular & without.. still nothing. Sorely disappointed & sorry to see it go. Not keeping on my phone anymore, deleting today.

I have use this app all over California - in major name brand items and I always get the same answer—sorry we’ve looked everywhere and cannot find this item. Deleting now!

This app does NOT work!! Also, the description written for this app is VERY MISLEADING and absolutely NOT worth your time and effort!!!! I am extremely disappointed in this app. I started scanning as soon as I downloaded the app. UNFORTUNATELY, every single code I scanned, from hamburger helper to yogurt containers, not one piece of information came up. Instead, I got messages like, “this is so embarrassing but we couldn’t find anything”. and “SORRY! We looked everywhere but couldn’t find the product you were looking for”. SERIOUSLY?!?! It couldn’t find HAMBURGER HELPER?!?🤦🏼‍♀️😳

No matter what barcode I scan no meaningful info is returned. What has happened to this once useful app?

Tried 15 different products and came back with a animation apologizing for no data!

This app can’t even scan anything most of the time. it should first get the scanning and searching right before putting up for download.

This app is great it’s save me money got me good deals and will scan the product I love l and gives me A lot of good information about the products and give me good deals to save on them and other products a like!

I used this app with my iPone 6 with no problem. However, I was disappointed to find it does not scan using my iPhone XR. All I get is a message that says “Camera is on, tap screen to scan bar code.” When I tap the screen, nothing happens. Now I have to find a new scan app.

Couldn't scan bar codes on planters nuts or tobacco ! From one extreme to the other and couldn't find those codes! Removing.

This used to be a good barcode scanner app but since the last update, it can’t seem to find even well-known national brands that were no problem before.

This program works great. I’ve never had it not be able to scan something for me. I highly recommend it!

I have tried for months to get this app to read a UPC bar code. It always comes up with something related to “no item found” “this is embarrassing” etc. ( using I-phone) I even tried scanning standard items; Cheerios, Best Foods Mayo etc. Still got “ nothing on this item”. It does work with other types of scan codes. Not at all impressed.

This app is great. It allows you to scan products with ease. I downloaded this app originally to try and legit check an item. While all other methods fail to help determine whether an item is authentic or not, a scan of the UPC code can be alarmingly tell-tale. In brief, this app helped me determine the authenticity of an item I purchase.

Doesn’t work 3/4 of the time. Says it can’t connect to server. Don’t waste your time.

Deleting this app after it's been confirmed they are tracking user location data and sending it to a third party monetization firm. Never used it much anyway.

Got info on how much it costs and how many bottles were in a box. Didn’t need this info. I wanted the ingredients, safety for humans and pets. Dish washing detergent with 3x grease cleaning power. Had to wash dishes twice and still concerned that they were clean. A portion of this material will remain on the dishes and get into my tummy and my pets. Tired of promises and false ads. I care about our safety. This app didn’t even show an ingredient list. I’m returning it to the store, getting my money back, never buying this brand again, and deleting this time-wasting app.

Does not function so it is a waste of time, money, effort

If it works it's fine and easy. But unfortunately 3 out of 5 times it does not recognize the QR code

My eyes can scan the product just as well as this app can. All it does is offer you information that you can see. What a waste of time.

I needed this app 20 years ago when my kids were home and needy!! If you want the best price and don’t mind the drive then you will never over pay for an item again!! I did not think I would use this much but you use it once and you are hooked! Get the app You Won’t Regret It!
